Privacy Policy
This policy explains how FitChallenge handles information when you use the Android app and the related website.
Who we are
FitChallenge is a 30-day fitness challenge app with an in-app coach (Mr. Fit / Miss Fit). Contact the developer using the support email shown on the FitChallenge listing on Google Play.
What we collect
- Account: email and password (if you create an account).
- Profile: name, gender, age, height, weight, neck/waist/hip measurements, fitness level, goal, gym or home mode, training days.
- Activity: workout logs, check-ins, measurements over time, achievements, challenge cycle history.
- Coach chat: the choices you tap and the coach replies stored with your account (not free-form medical records).
- Purchases: when billing is live, Google Play (and later a billing partner such as RevenueCat) process the one-time unlock. We store that you unlocked the app, not your full card number.
- Device: language, theme, and similar preferences saved on the device.
We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos from your library (except what you choose to use inside the app), or microphone audio for advertising.
Where it is stored
- On your device first (the app works offline).
- On Supabase (hosted cloud database) if you sign in, so you can sync across devices. Access is limited by account security rules so other users cannot read your rows.
Why we use it
- Build and update your 30-day plan.
- Show progress, awards, and coach follow-ups.
- Run the 7-day free trial and one-time unlock.
- Restore your data after you sign in again.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not show third-party ads in the app.
Third-party services
- Supabase — accounts and sync.
- Google Play — distribution and (when enabled) in-app billing.
- RevenueCat — may be used later to verify Play purchases. It then processes purchase entitlements, not your workout notes.
Those providers have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep data
Account and training data stay until you delete the account or ask us to erase them. Local data is removed if you clear the app storage or uninstall (cloud data remains until deleted).
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by emailing the support address on the Play listing. We will delete server-side profile, logs, chat, and related rows we control. Purchase records required by the store may remain with Google.
The official deletion request page is: Delete your account and data. In-app account deletion will be added in a later version. Until then, that page (and email) is the official request path.
Children
FitChallenge is not directed at children under 13. Do not create an account for a child under 13.
Health disclaimer
The coach is not a doctor. Information in the app is general fitness guidance, not medical advice.
Changes
If this policy changes in a material way, we will update the date above and the copy on this page.
